How to enroll

Families who apply early have time to visit more than once.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Get in touch

Call the office, write to us or use the form on the visit page. The office answers within a school day or two.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Visit the school

Come to an open house or book a visit morning. You see the rooms, watch a main lesson and talk with a teacher. Children are welcome to come along.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Apply

Applications open in January for the fall. The application asks about your family and what you hope for, and a teacher meets your child in a short, friendly visit.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Hear from us

Decisions go out in March, by letter and by phone. If a class is full, we offer a place on the waitlist.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Register

Sign the enrollment agreement and make the first payment to hold the place. The office then asks for the forms we collect privately.

  6. 06

    Step 6: The first day

On the first morning the class teacher meets each child at the door with a handshake. Pack a change of clothes and boots for outdoor time.
